How to apply for e-pass during Uttar Pradesh lockdown

Now click on Apply for ePass at the top of the window.

Now your number will be asked for, so that the state government can register your number for e-pass and send OTP on it.

After this you have to write Captcha and then click on Generate OTP.

Enter the code as soon as you get the OTP, after which you can get the e-pass application form.

Now give your personal information like name, home address, phone number, district, tehsil, pass area and ID proof and vehicle type in the form. After this you have to give your photo in it.

In ID proof, you can use Aadhar card, PAN card, license etc.

The size of the soft copy should not exceed 200KB.

Now click on the checkbox for approval.

Now you have to click on submit button to submit your application. Your pass will be issued to you soon after that.
