Stryder, a brand owned by the Indian company Tata International Limited, has launched two Stryder’s new electric -Voltic 1.7 and Contino ETB 100. Electric bicycles are an awesome choice for many who take short trips from their home to any place every day. The nice thing is that these e-bikes get a throttle in addition to a pedal help function, which is useful when the battery is drained. The running cost of these electric bikes is 6 paise per km.

Stryder Voltic 1.7 The electric cycle has been launched at a starting worth of Rs 29,995. This e-bike has been introduced in Gray and Red color options. There itself, Contino ETB 100 The electric cycle is priced at Rs 37,999 and can be purchased in Grey and Blue color options.

Coming to specs and options, the Contino ETB 100 is positioned as an affordable e-bike and the Stryder Voltic 1.7 highlights its power and large lithium-ion battery pack. With a riding range of 60 km per charge (Hybrid) and 30 km per charge (Electric), the ARAI-compliant lightweight bike Contino ETB-100 offers seven speeds and three ride modes (electric, hybrid, and pedal) apart from smart safety features.

The Strider Voltic 1.7 model, on the other hand, gets a 48V lithium-ion battery pack with a 48V/260W motor, which could be absolutely charged in three hours and delivers a range of 25-28 km on a single cost. A special feature of these e-bikes is that they can be used at a running price of only 6 paise per km. The Stryder Voltic 1.7 and Contino ETB 100 have a high pace of 25 km/h (without pedaling).

E-bikes have emerged as a great mode of electric transport in recent times, Strider said in a press release. Rising fuel prices have intensified the search for such transport options.
